After a long hiatus I finally returned to taking care of my company’s business. I’d like to take the time to thank so many people who have taken time to give me input on how to rebuild after my time away. At first I wasn’t sure how to go about asking for client forgiveness and the things necessary to rebuild trust after disappearing to the hospital for weeks. But the more I picked up the phone easier it became. I also learned about something, if I was making more money I could have had a power of attorney handle my business. Granted it would have cost me a couple extra thousand to just have the guy pick up the phone on my behalf and operate my day to day for the month I was hospitalized without access to my information or my computer, but it would have been a great way to shine as a professional. Who knows if the outcomes with the clients who didn’t care would have mattered, but probably. At least someone would have called and let them know where I was instead of nothing. Second, I also learned about the need for a fully fleshed out contact list to make it easier for that power of attorney to call on your behalf. So you live and learn and this is where I’m at today. I went back to sales and all I can promise moving forward is that I’m going to be thorough on my new packages moving forward. You can checkout the new pricing and new styles of websites. I lowered the prices across the board. https://www.gustumbo.com/
