So we are rolling out our new product services offering mid-July. This service will officially take us out of the single website business and into the agency of record business. This will include services across 10 major categories of business. They are Digital Advertising, Social Media, Design, WordPress, SEO, Google Account Services, Photography, Videography, Press Releases and Project Management. How is this different than what we have been doing?

The majority of our business is single projects, whether it’s implementing an SEO campaign or creating a Social Media presence we are always having to chase down customers only interested in 1 or 2 services.
We want to find customers who need a whole suite of solutions with a single point of contact. I am going with month to month contracts because I feel like we should earn our money every month with milestones and goal setting. Plus, I have seen quite a few companies over the years continually fail month after month while the business owner is helpless due to an ironclad contract.
Beginning immediately I will no longer offer manual processing of debit/credit cards. There is no reason to take the liability of accused coercion. Plus when a customer goes to a third party to input the information to the payment gateway it boosts confidence and is much safer than transmitting the sensitive information.
